- Visual ManagementManage product arrangement and presentation standards. Coordinate product launches and seasonal display updates. Ensure products are displayed according to company branding guidelines. Maintain attractive and conversion-focused gallery layouts.
- Inventory &
- Stock CoordinationMonitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/operations teams. Track incoming and outgoing inventory. Report stock shortages and damaged products. Maintain inventory records and audit reports.
- Team ManagementSupervise gallery staff and assign responsibilities. Monitor attendance, productivity, and daily performance. Conduct training sessions and performance reviews.
