Project Coordinator (Kolhapur)

We are seeking a Project Coordinator (Japanese) to support Technology Business Management (TBM) and Apptio (Cost Transparency) implementation programs for Japan-based or Japan-facing clients. This role is ideal for professionals with solid Japanese language proficiency who can assist in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery support across cross-functional teams. Prior TBM/Apptio exposure is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Delivery Support:
- Support project managers in planning, tracking, and execution of TBM / Apptio implementation projects.
- Assist in maintaining project plans, status reports, risks, and issue logs.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Support Agile (Scrum/SAFe) or hybrid delivery processes as required.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination (Japanese):
- Act as a key coordination point for Japanese clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in scheduling and facilitating meetings, including status calls, sprint reviews, and workshops in Japanese.
- Translate and document business requirements between Japanese stakeholders and global/offshore teams.
- Ensure clear communication and follow-ups on action items.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory):
- Must have Japanese Language Proficiency – Business to fluent level (JLPT N2/N1 preferred)
- Project Coordination / PM Support Experience – Experience supporting projects or working in delivery environments
- Change Management
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Good documentation, organization, and follow-up abilities

Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Exposure to TBM concepts or Apptio tools
- Experience in Agile environments or supporting Scrum teams
- Background in IT, finance operations, or enterprise programs
- Experience working with global/offshore teams

Experience Profile:
