Maintenance Assistant (Kolhapur)

Key Responsibilities 1 Performing routine maintenance This includes inspections lubrication cleaning and replacement of worn-out parts 2 Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults Identifying the root cause of equipment malfunctions and implementing corrective actions 3 Repairing equipment Utilizing technical skills and knowledge to fix equipment and bring it back to operational status 4 Implementing preventative maintenance programs Developing and executing schedules for routine maintenance tasks to minimize breakdowns and downtime 5 Overseeing and managing maintenance projects Planning coordinating and supervising maintenance activities including repairs upgrades and installations 6 Maintaining accurate records Documenting maintenance activities repairs and equipment performance 7 Collaborating with other teams Working with engineers technicians and production staff to ensure smooth operations and productive workflow 8 Staying up-to-date with industry standards and best practices Keeping abreast of new technologies equipment and maintenance procedures 9 Ensuring compliance with safety regulations Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to protect workers and equipment Required Skills Technical skills Strong understanding of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems Problem-solving skills Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures Communication skills Ability to effectively communicate with team members supervisors and other stakeholders Organizational skills Ability to plan schedule and manage maintenance activities Attention to detail Ability to accurately document maintenance activities and equipment performance Teamwork skills Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members Safety awareness Understanding of safety protocols and procedures Education
