Call Management: Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, taking messages, and screening calls for upper management. Mail & Courier Management: Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail, packages, and inter-office correspondence. Office Administration Schedule Management: Scheduling meetings, managing boardroom bookings, and coordinating appointments for executives. Inventory & Supplies: Monitoring the stock of office supplies and stationery, placing purchase orders as needed, and managing vendor relationships. Record Keeping: Organizing and maintaining digital and physical files, employee attendance logs, and visitor entry logs.
