Job Title: Operations Executive (Hybrid with 2 days in office during the training than mostly WFH) Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. This is a work-from-home opportunity ideal for candidates with strong written communication skills and a customer-first mindset. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless customer interactions and maintaining high service standards. Key Details
- Work Type: Hybrid with 2 days in office during the training than mostly WFH
- Office Location: Jasola Apollo (South Delhi)
- Shift: Night Shift (Rotational)
- Contract Duration: 1 Year
- Compensation: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 CTC
- Experience Required: 1–2 years Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat platforms (Tawk, website, and mobile application) in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information, issue resolution, and customer guidance
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) through prompt and effective responses
- Follow defined SOPs and response guidelines while handling customer interactions
- Identify recurring issues and share feedback for operational and process improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist in session scheduling, tracking, and operational follow-ups
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and trackers using Microsoft Excel
- Perform basic data management, report preparation, and MIS-related activities
- Monitor operational workflows and escalate issues when required
- Support process optimization initiatives and maintain operational efficiency
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks and responsibilities Mandatory Skills
- Excellent written communication skills (transparent, concise, and grammatically correct)
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed, MS Office, chat tools) Desired Skills
- Prior experience in chat support / customer support / operations
- Familiarity with tools like Tawk.to, CRM systems, or ticketing tools Selection Process
