Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Headmistress who will be responsible to travel across the region to visit the Franchisee branches, audit them and train the teachers

Location: Work From home with Travelling 20 days in a month Salary- 4-8 Lakhs per annum Working Days: 6 days Working (Monday-Saturday) Pls note: you must have your own Laptop and mobile phone

Qualifications
- Experience in curriculum development and implementing educational programs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of pedagogical approaches and best practices
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in educational administration or school management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
