Key Responsibilities: ● Assist customers with solar loan applications, document collection, and verification. ● Liaise with banks for solar loan processing under schemes like PM Suryaghar Yojna. ● Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank staff and customers to ensure smooth and timely processing. ● Provide regular status updates to customers and internal teams through transparent and friendly communication. ● Make daily field visits to customers' homes and local bank branches to coordinate loan progress. ● Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate to avoid rework or delays. ● Represent Frevolt with professionalism, building trust and long-term rapport with external partners.
