What This Role Will Focus On

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting

Prepare and review financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations

Handle month-end and year-end closing activities

Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations

Support audits and maintain accurate financial documentation

Analyze financial data and highlight key insights for leadership

Coordinate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and financial planning

Skills & Experience Required

5–9 years of accounting or finance experience

Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

Experience with accounting software or ERP systems

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote workplace
