About the Role: Seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional Architect – Oracle EBS Finance & HR to lead enterprise-scale ERP transformation, solution architecture, and functional governance across Finance and HR domains. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with strong exposure to large retail environments, multi-country operations, enterprise integrations, and business process transformation. This role requires a strategic functional leader who can bridge business, IT, architecture, and delivery teams while driving operational excellence across the Oracle ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Oracle EBS Functional Architecture
- Lead functional architecture and solution design for Oracle EBS Finance and HR modules.
- Define scalable enterprise processes aligned with retail business operations.
- Provide architecture governance across ERP transformation initiatives.
- Drive solution alignment between Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations. Finance Domain Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Oracle EBS Financial modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- iExpense
- Purchasing & Procurement integration
- Support financial consolidation, compliance, taxation, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Work closely with finance leadership on process optimization and automation initiatives.
- HR Domain Responsibilities
- Lead functional ownership for Oracle HRMS modules including:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Self-Service HR
- Compensation & Benefits
- Leave & Attendance
- Performance Management
- Support workforce transformation and HR process standardization.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve employee lifecycle workflows. Stakeholder & Delivery Management
- Engage with CIOs, Finance Leaders, HR Heads, and Enterprise Architects.
- Translate business requirements into enterprise-grade ERP solutions.
- Support project planning, estimations, functional governance, and delivery execution.
- Coordinate with technical teams, integration teams, vendors, and offshore delivery teams. Integration & Transformation
- Drive ERP integration initiatives across:
- POS systems
- Retail platforms
- Payroll systems
- Banking interfaces
- BI & reporting tools
- Support cloud transition and modernization initiatives where applicable.
- Ensure solution scalability, compliance, and operational stability. Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Functional Consulting/Architecture.
- Strong expertise in both:
- Oracle EBS Finance
- Oracle EBS HRMS
- Proven experience in large-scale retail or enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and ERP governance.
- Experience working in multi-country or Middle East environments.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
