About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead and manage the overall HR functions at Brick Circle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, policy implementation, performance management, and building a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.

The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and people management skills with the ability to handle end-to-end HR activities efficiently in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process across departments.
* Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Handle onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management.
* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
* Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
* Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
* Work closely with management to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
