Job Description:

Heavy stake holder management and business oriented architecture background like open to work on any tech stack.

Enterprise Architecture experience with TOGAF is preferred.

You have actively contributed in building enterprise architecture and building architecture roadmaps, blueprints, business capabilities and map them to the value chain

Perform gap assessments from business capabilities and document the gaps and roadmaps and create the roadmap plans to implement them understand the clear differences between Tactical, strategitical business needs and identity the architectural amendments and create a plan to accomplish the business needs

You bring 15+ years' experience as a senior system engineer or architect and have delivered enterprise solutions for large scale data stores (transactional and ODS), integrations, or in support of customer-facing enterprise applications (eCommerce, Web, or mobile apps). Preferably, you also have performed this role in leadership capacity with delivery responsibilities of a major system.

You have experience working in a federated, global Enterprise Architecture organizational structure, and have a proven track record of success collaborating with business customers, engineers, QA, and business analysts within a deadline-driven and fast-paced workplace.

You possess solid (written & spoken) communication skills along with demonstrated ability to influence outcomes. Additionally, you are proficient in documenting architectural designs using MS-Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, or Lucid Charts.

Additional preferred skills:

You have experience with Enterprise Architecture tools (Abacus, LeanIX, HOPEX, etc.) and implementing in a Global IT organization.

You hold Solution Architect, Open Group CA / TOGAF, or Cloud Architect certifications as a strong plus.
