Job Description – HR Executive (Operations & Recruitment) Position: HR Executive (Operations & Recruitment) Location: Kolhapur Experience: 0-1 (Fresher are welcome) Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities along with day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, handling onboarding formalities, attendance, payroll support, and ensuring smooth HR operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and campus drives.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and manage onboarding process. HR Operations:
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Support payroll inputs and salary processing activities.
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries related to HR operations.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal processes. Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
- Positive coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant HR experience. Pay: ₹10,850.36
