Key Responsibilities Human Resources
• Assist in end‑to‑end recruitment: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer processing.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, including orientation, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records, HRMS/Excel databases, and statutory registers.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, and shift‑related matters in close coordination with floor and line managers.
• Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance, leave, and deduction data to finance.
• Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Shops & Establishments, etc.) and help with audits and filings when required.
• Support employee relations, grievance handling, and basic performance‑management activities.
• Coordinate training schedules, maintain training records, and support internal communication and engagement initiatives. Administration
• Manage office administration including stationery, supplies, consumables, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate employee travel, accommodation, and local conveyance arrangements.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor management.
• Maintain office policies, notices, and circulars.
• Support maintenance of office premises, facilities, and basic housekeeping.
• Assist in fixed‑asset tracking and documentation for office equipment and furniture. Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR & Admin roles (manufacturing or industrial background preferred).
• Practical knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HRMS/attendance software. Key Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work under pressure.
• Basic problem‑solving and report‑writing skills. Working Conditions & Benefits Work hours: Monday to Saturday (as per company policy).
