Payroll & Bookkeeping Executive Kolhapur

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Bookkeeping Executive to support our payroll outsourcing operations and bookkeeping activities. The role involves handling payroll processing, statutory calculations, payroll reports, and basic bookkeeping activities using Xero.

This is a full time remote role.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and payroll data while managing deadlines accurately.

CTC: 4 LPA- 5 LPA

Type of Employment: Full time

Responsibilities:

Payroll Operations Verifying payroll inputs and processing them accordingly. Handle payroll related tasks like YTD & payslips. Support in PF & TDS calculations and updates. Ensure timely completion of payroll-related activities and compliance deadlines.

Bookkeeping Support Assist in bookkeeping activities using Xero. Record basic accounting entries and maintain documentation. Support transaction reconciliation and data organization.

Reporting & Coordination Work on timely reports like monthly and quarterly TDS. Coordinate with internal teams for payroll data collection. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and client data.

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of payroll processing and salary components. Knowledge of TDS and PF concepts. Positive working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with formulas, filters, and data handling. Basic accounting/bookkeeping understanding. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage deadlines and repetitive operational tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualification Graduation in Commerce Experience in payroll, HR operations, or accounting is an advantage. Exposure to Xero is a plus but not mandatory. Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n3lng
