Overview LSM Global is continuing to scale its global eCommerce Account Services team and is seeking an experienced eCommerce Account Consultant to join us in India on a contract basis. This role is critical to the operational health, compliance and risk management of Amazon Seller and Vendor accounts across our international client base. The successful candidate will work as a peer-level team member, owning operational excellence and partnering closely with Account Management, Advertising and Sales teams globally.

About the Role As an eComm Account Consultant, you will be responsible for onboarding and setting up client accounts followed by the day‑to‑day management of Amazon operational health dashboard, account and product compliance and defect resolution across global marketplaces. This is a hands‑on role requiring solid experience with Amazon systems, particularly Vendor Central and Seller Central, and confidence working within Amazon’s compliance and operational performance frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:
- Investigating, managing and resolving Amazon Brand Registry, Seller Performance and compliance-related defects
- Proactively auditing account and brand configurations to identify risks, errors or non‑compliance
- Monitoring and resolving order, inventory and operational defects across global marketplaces
- Handling Amazon compliance requests, escalations and performance notifications
- Ensuring best-practice execution of all operational tasks in line with internal SLAs
