Human Resources Assistant responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee documentation, and administrative processes. The role focuses on ensuring smooth HR workflows, maintaining accurate records, and providing support throughout the employee lifecycle. - Assist with recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Assist in preparing offer letters, employment documents, and HR correspondence
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives
- Manage attendance records, leave tracking, and employee information updates
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support payroll coordination by maintaining accurate employee records
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and administrative documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and operational procedures
