ServiceNow Architect - HRSD (Kolhapur)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect specializing in the HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing scalable HR solutions on the Service Now platform, aligning with business objectives and HR transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Service Now HRSD solutions
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and implement Employee Service Center (ESC) , HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management
- Ensure best practices in Service Now architecture, security, and data privacy
- Integrate Service Now HRSD with third-party systems (Workday, SAP Success Factors, etc.)
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and review configurations/customizations
- Drive HR digital transformation initiatives using Service Now capabilities
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Support upgrades, releases, and platform governance
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong Service Now expertise
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now HRSD module
- Strong knowledge of:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Service Center (ESC)
- Lifecycle Events
- Knowledge Management
- Experience with Service Now scripting (Java Script, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes)
- Expertise in Integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
- Robust understanding of Service Now data model and CMDB
- Experience in platform architecture and solution design
