- R D D2C Formulations to lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle of skincare and haircare formulations for D2C and IBD product launches The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ingredient functionalities formulation design regulatory compliance and consumer trends with strong cross-functional project management experience Key Responsibilities Lead formulation development for skin and hair care products aligned with D2C and IBD business goals Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle ideation formulation testing validation and scale-up Collaborate with brand regulatory supply chain procurement and external partners to ensure timely project delivery Evaluate and incorporate novel ingredients and technologies by engaging with suppliers and 3P manufacturers Maintain a robust library of innovative formulation technologies and ingredient updates Ensure formulations meet consumer benefit claims performance benchmarks and cost targets Conduct lab trials and support cost optimization through alternate RM sourcing and process improvements Ensure rigorous testing stability compatibility environmental and coordinate panel evaluations pre-launch Comply with regulatory standards Ayurvedic Cosmetic and ensure product dossiers are ready for approval Support documentation for product claims safety and clinical in vivo in vitro studies when required Key Skills Personal Characteristics Strong knowledge in skincare haircare formulation and raw material functionality Hands-on experience with formulation trials and lab-to-commercial scale-up Knowledge of Indian and global regulatory requirements Cosmetic Rules Ayurveda norms Effective project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Strategic and analytical thinking with attention to detail Energetic creative and goal-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills Team player with influencing abilities and excellent time management Proficient in MS Office tools formulation documentation and vendor coordination Qualification Experience Education B Pharm M Pharm M Sc in Cosmetics Chemistry or related field Experience 4-7 years in personal care product development
