Assistant Project Officer Kolkata

Position/Designation:
- Assistant Project Executive Experience:- 3-4yrs in the same field. Qualification:- Diploma in Civil Engineering Job Location:- Currently in Kolkata Salary:- Upto 35000 or as per Experience Availability:- Staying near Kolkata Location & has own Bike Role & Responsibility:- Prepare Contracts, Work Orders (W.O.), and Agreements Prepare scope of work, BOQ terms, and technical specifications. Bill review/checking & summary report preparation. Maintain proper documentation of contracts and variations. Ensure materials comply with IS codes, drawings, and approved vendor lists. Record Periodic Quality Inspection Reports observations and issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) in case of deviations. Liaise with lab/third parties for material and concrete testing. Verify contractor bills and final bills against BOQ and executed work. Reconciliation of materials & Cross-check quantities with measurement books, site records, and drawings. Validate theoretical vs actual material consumption. Highlight discrepancies and recommend corrective actions before approval. Must know Excel , Word & Computer proficiency. Familiar with QA/QC documentation, material inspection, and testing procedures. QC Inspection at Site. Daily monitoring labour, work qty as per planning & scheduling & tracking of the gaps & making reports. Method of Selection:- Written Test / Interview.
