Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata for an Associate Professor of Management. The Associate Professor will be responsible for teaching courses related to management, conducting advanced research in management domains, mentoring students, and contributing to academic program development. Additional responsibilities include curriculum design, departmental collaboration, and delivering high-quality lectures to prepare students for dynamic industries. Active participation in seminars, workshops, and resource-building activities will also be required apart from statutory councils compliances handling. - Ph.D. in Business Management or related field from a recognized university
- Curriculum Development and University Teaching skills
- Research and Training skills
- Expertise in Economics and related courses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 10-15 years teaching experience in an institute of higher learning
- Strong research background, with experience in publishing research work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues
