Electrician (Kolkata)

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting systems, switchboards, panels, DBs, and electrical equipment.
- Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out repairs promptly.
- Maintain DG sets, transformers, HT/LT panels, UPS systems, and emergency lighting.
- Monitor electrical load and ensure uninterrupted power supply across properties.
- Attend breakdown complaints from residents, tenants, and office staff.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical diagrams.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams during projects and repairs.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, and material usage.
- Support fit-out and interior electrical works during recent projects or renovations.
