Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Structural Design Engineer. The responsibilities include performing structural analysis, designing structural components, preparing construction-ready designs using CAD software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as civil engineers and project managers. The role also involves optimizing designs to meet engineering standards, operational needs, and client requirements. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering for evaluating loads, stresses, and stability of structures, Staad.Pro, SAP 2000, Excel VBA.
- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering principles and practices
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and familiarity with AutoCAD
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
