Mandatory skill: Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 1912 & 2203 and Citrix Cloud.

Must Have:

Responsible for the delivery of the technology support service for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 1912 & 2203 and Citrix Cloud.

Configuring and managing Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Tanium and AVD environments.

Publishing hosted and streaming applications on Citrix servers

Creating the new applications in App Layer and assigning users elastically.

Managing the Netscaler Gateway.

Managing the Azure environment.

Responsible for VDI patching through Tanium Tool.

Manage the User profile management through FS Logix.

Should have knowledge in Vulnerability remediation.

Manage the VMware, Citrix Cloud and Nutanix hypervisor.

Good to Have:

Maintaining and managing Citrix applications

Install and update Xenapp farms

Design and plan Citrix CVA environments

Develop the infrastructure that the Citrix farms run on

Troubleshooting and fixing any technical issues related to Citrix applications

Installing and optimizing Windows server workplace

Managing Windows systems

Train users and employees on how to use Citrix applications

Supervising Citrix server farms

Analyzing errors

Ensuring smooth operation

Providing creative solutions

Providing business support

Coordinating, implementing, and communicating any system changes that are to be made

Designing and maintaining database structures to ensure productive and reliable performance.

Ensuring data security and integrity by implementing and enforcing proper access controls and backups.

Monitoring database performance, identifying and resolving issues and ensuring high availability and reliability.

Developing and maintaining database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and guidelines.

Collaborating with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that databases meet business needs and requirements.
