As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs.Responsibilities Assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and provide suitable policy recommendations. Evaluate clients' financial situations and advise on appropriate insurance products. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to review their insurance policies and update them as necessary. Stay updated with the latest insurance products and market trends to offer informed advice. Prepare and deliver presentations on insurance products to potential clients. Skills and Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.Basic knowledge of various insurance products and services available in the market. Ability to analyze clients' financial situations and identify their insurance needs. Good organizational skills to manage multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.Strong negotiation and sales skills to close deals and achieve targets.
