We are hiring for Ocean Operations Documentation Senior Executive Mandatory
- Freight forwarding Industry Experience: 4- 6 years Salary
- 6 Lakhs per annum Location: Kolkata Key Skill: Purely documentation handling with shipping lines & ERP software. Handle end-to-end ocean export documentation for FCL, LCL, and special cargo shipments Prepare and verify shipping documents such as: #Bill of Lading (MBL/HBL) #Shipping Instructions (SI) #Commercial Invoice #Packing List # Delivery Order Certificate-related documentation Coordinate with shipping lines for booking confirmations, SI filing, VGM submission, draft approval, and BL release Ensure timely submission of shipping documents to customers, agents, and carriers Update shipment milestones and documentation details in ERP software/system Maintain accurate records of shipment files, invoices, and operational documents Follow up with shipping lines and internal teams for sailing schedules, amendments, and document status Verify documentation compliance as per customer requirements and international shipping standards Handle amendment requests and resolve documentation-related issues promptly Coordinate with overseas agents and customers for documentation requirements and shipment updates Ensure adherence to company SOPs and shipping deadlines #Ocean Operations Documentation #Freight forwarding Industry #ERP software/system Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n11y2
