Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales operations for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, generating revenue, handling client relationships, and ensuring achievement of business targets. The role requires strong leadership skills, strategic sales planning, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Handle end-to-end sales processes including lead management, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Ensure timely follow-ups and maximum lead conversion. Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance, training, and performance feedback. Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, CRM, and operations for smooth execution of sales activities. Maintain sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis for management review. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional client servicing.

Requirements: Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in real estate sales. Prior experience in team handling and target-driven sales environments. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage high-value client interactions and closures. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a quick-paced environment. Good understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
