Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in West Bengal, overseeing Sales operations in West Bengal, Bihar, and Jharkhand. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, building and maintaining customer relationships, and monitoring market trends in the assigned regions. The candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and meet sales targets. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments and reporting on regional performance.

- Solid skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Territory Management
- Team Leadership and People Management abilities

- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing sales reports
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned regions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Experience in the agricultural or farming sector is a plus
