- Upto Rs 25,000/- + incentives Job Summary DivineLane is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Support & Collections Executive who can handle customer queries, order support, payment follow-ups, and collection activities professionally. The candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and experience in handling customer interactions for an e commerce or jewellery business. Key Responsibilities Customer Support Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, calls, chat, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate information regarding orders, dispatch, delivery timelines, customization, and returns.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and sales teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Update CRM/order records regularly.
- Handle NDR, RTO, delayed shipment, and replacement cases.
- Maintain proper follow-up on pending customer issues. Collections Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and balances.
- Coordinate with sales team regarding advance and outstanding collections.
- Share payment reminders professionally through calls/messages/emails.
- Maintain collection records and payment status reports.
- Escalate long-pending cases to management.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of received payments with accounts team. Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Strong customer handling and convincing ability.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
