Job Title: CNC Milling Operator (Fresher) Location: Kompally Salary: ₹14,000 (In-hand) Contact Number: 9985950651 Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Milling Operator (Fresher) to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC milling machines and supporting production activities while ensuring quality and safety standards. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC milling machines as per given instructions and drawings
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components
- Assist in setting up CNC machines under supervision
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and job specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Perform basic measurements using tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Maintain quality standards and report any defects or deviations
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working setting
- Support senior operators and supervisors in daily production tasks
- Maintain production records and reports as required Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / Any technical qualification (Mechanical preferred)
- Basic knowledge of CNC machines is an added advantage
- Willingness to learn and grow in the machining field
