Production Supervisor (Manager Level) – Job Description We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Supervisor for our printing & packaging manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, production planning ability, workforce handling experience, and knowledge in packaging operations. Job Title Production Supervisor Industry Printing & Packaging Manufacturing Experience Required Minimum 3–5 years experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations (Printing/Packaging industry preferred). Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Monitor manpower allocation, machine utilization, and productivity.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained in duplex box and paper bag production.
- Reduce production delays, wastage, and operational downtime.
- Coordinate with store, dispatch, maintenance, and quality departments.
- Handle worker attendance, shift planning, and discipline on the production floor.
- Ensure proper usage of raw materials and maintain production records.
- Monitor safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
- Train and guide production staff for better efficiency and performance.
- Report daily production status and issues to management. Required Skills
