About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This senior-level position requires a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in designing and delivering exceptional user experiences for complex web and mobile applications. As a design leader and user advocate, you will be responsible for driving design strategy from concept to final product launch, ensuring our digital products meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and visual excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user-centered experiences for complex web and mobile applications
• Develop and execute comprehensive design strategies from initial concept through final implementation
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business goals
• Establish and maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines for consistency across products
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agile development environments
• Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
