Talent Acquisition Intern (Areekode)

The Talent Acquisitions Intern provides valuable support to the Talent Acquisitions team at INTERVAL,assisting in various aspects of the recruitment process. This role offers an prospect for hands -on experience in talent acquisitions, exposure to industry best practices, and active involvement in sourcing, screening, and administrative tasks. The intern will work under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition team, contributing to the overall success of recruitment initiatives. <\/div> <\/div> RESPONSIBILITIES: <\/div>
• Assist in creating effective and engaging training materials: Contribute to the development of materials for effective learning. <\/div>
• Coordinate activities to encourage tutor involvement and participation: Support initiatives to engage and involve tutors in the learning process. <\/div>
• Foster a positive and supportive environment within the learning community: Address queries and discussions to enhance the overall learning experience. <\/div>
• Aid in collecting and analyzing performance metrics for training effectiveness: Contribute to the evaluation process for improving learning outcomes. <\/div>
• Support the evaluation process to improve the overall learning experience: Contribute to assessing and enhancing the learning experience. <\/div>
• Creation and editing of video content tailored for training purposes: Contribute to the development and editing of videos for training. <\/div>
• Performs other duties as assigned by the head. <\/div> <\/div> <\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. <\/div>
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. <\/div>
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. <\/div>
