Production Supervisor (Kondotty)

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and responsible Production Supervisor for our Printing & Packaging Unit. The candidate should have strong production handling skills, team management ability, and experience in supervising daily manufacturing operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities in the printing and packaging unit
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time
- Monitor machine operations and production quality
- Handle manpower allocation and shift coordination
- Maintain production reports and work records
- Ensure proper material usage and reduce wastage
- Follow company safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance, stores, and management teams
- Train and guide production staff when required
- Maintain discipline and smooth workflow in the production area Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of production operations
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Basic reporting and documentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive communication and coordination skills Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in any relevant field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production, preferably in printing or packaging industry Pay: ₹15,000.00
