Project Engineer (Solar) (Kondotty)

Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, conduct site surveys, and recommend suitable solar solutions
- Demonstrate robust technical knowledge of solar panels, inverters, cables, MCBs, earthing systems, and related components
- Handle KSEB documentation and coordinate liaison activities for the PM Surya Ghar subsidy scheme
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and stakeholders
- Plan, schedule, and execute projects ensuring quality, timelines Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics, or Diploma / ITI in Electrical
- Prior experience in solar or related fields (inverters, ELV systems, CCTV, automation, etc.) preferred
- Fresher BTech/Diploma Engineers can also apply Compensation:
- Salary + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance (TA) + Bonus Pay: ₹20,000.00
