Telecaller / Student Support Executive (Thoothukudi)

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our educational support team in Thoothukudi. The candidate will be responsible for calling student leads, explaining courses, handling enquiries, and guiding students through the admission process. This role is ideal for candidates with good communication skills who are passionate about interacting with students and helping them choose the right career path. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to student leads and parents
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Maintain student enquiry records and update CRM/data sheets
- Handle basic counselling and appointment scheduling
- Support the admissions team in achieving targets
- Build positive relationships with students and parents Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma can apply
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Basic English communication preferred
- Freshers are welcome
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
