The role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing strategic business plans, and overseeing market research. Responsibilities also include preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.Qualifications Experience in business development, sales strategy formulation, and client relationship management Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer engagement Proficiency in market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities Ability to develop and manage strategic business plans for revenue growthTime management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills for handling multiple projects efficiently Understanding of ERP software, CRMs, or technology-based solutions is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; an MBA is a plus Previous experience in the manufacturing or construction industry will be beneficial
