We work with clients across India through personalized coaching, accountability, and transformation-focused programs. About the Role: This is not a typical telecalling role. Most of the leads you’ll speak with are warm inbound leads who have:
• Filled out application forms
• Booked calls
• Shown interest in our coaching programs
• Engaged through our funnels and social media Your responsibilities:
• Call and qualify leads before sales calls
• Improve lead quality and appointment show-up rates
• Professionally follow up with prospects
• Manage CRM and pipeline updates
• Handle Instagram and WhatsApp conversations
• Assist with outbound outreach when needed Who We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in Tamil and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Disciplined, coachable, and reliable
