Role: Oracle EBS Manufacturing Techno-Functional Consultant Company Name : WillWare Technologies Experience : 7+Years Work Mode : Remote Job Type: Contractual Environment: Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2— Manufacturing, Inventory, WIP, BOM, Purchasing, Costing, MSCA, ECC Job Summary We are seeking a senior, hands-on Production Support Specialist to stabilize and optimize Oracle EBS Manufacturing and Inventory operations in a regulated medical device environment. This role operates within a managed services POD model and requires deep ownership of manufacturing execution, mobile supply chain transactions, costing accuracy, and period-close activities while ensuring transactional integrity, operational stability, and compliance .Key Responsibilities Manufacturing&Inventory Execution Support and configure Inventory, BOM, WIP, Purchasing, and Discrete Manufacturing modules. Maintain BOM accuracy , revisions, effectivity dates, and controlled execution of ECO/MCOs integrated with Agile PLM. Manage full WIP job lifecycle : job creation, material issues, completions, backflush, and job closure.Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies , cycle count variances, and lot/serial genealogy issues. Mobile Supply Chain&Labelling Support Oracle MSCA for mobile inventory and WIP transactions. Handle inventory and WIP label printing integrations with NiceLabel and BarTender. Ensure labelling compliance for lot-controlled, serial-controlled, UDI , and regulated devices. Costing (Critical Skill Area) Provide deep functional support for:WIP accounting Material, resource, and overhead costing Inventory valuation and cost rollups Troubleshoot costing discrepancies and perform reconciliation. Month-End Close&Compliance Support month/quarter/year-end close: WIP close Inventory valuation Cost accounting reconciliation Ensure FDA traceability , audit readiness, and accurate lot/serial genealogy. Support ECC manufacturing dashboards with accurate transaction feeds. Backend Analysis&Operational Support Strong understanding of backend tables across INV, BOM, WIP, and Costing. Write SQL / PL-SQL queries for deep issue analysis. Provide L1/L2 production support and P1 on-call coverage. Perform RCA and implement CAPA . Ensure adherence to FDA , ISO 27001 , and internal data governance standards.Required Qualifications 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Manufacturing . Strong expertise in WIP costing, inventory valuation, and lot/serial genealogy . Experience with Agile PLM integrations (ECO/MCO). Knowledge of ASCP planning-to-execution flows. Working knowledge of manufacturing backend tables with SQL / PL-SQL capability.Familiarity with ITIL-based production support. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field. Certifications (Preferred) Oracle EBS SCM Certified Implementation Specialist. ITIL Foundation. CPIM / APICS (Manufacturing).
