Admin & Field Officer (Kharar)

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Admin & Field Officer to manage office coordination, documentation, client follow-ups, and field visits related to project approvals and other activities. Key Responsibilities
- Handle office administration and documentation
- Coordinate with clients, departments, and team members
- Visit government offices/sites for follow-ups and approvals
- Maintain reports, records, and MIS data
- Support project coordination and compliance work
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & email handling
- Ability to manage field and office work
