Associate - WHR - Chemist (Kota)

Role & responsibilities
- Robust expertise in coal, steam, and water chemistry, including sampling, testing, and analysis
- Proficiency in coal blending and fuel heat balance management
- Knowledge of DM water plant operations and boiler water chemistry standards
- Hands-on experience with daytoday coal and water chemical analysis
- Develop and execute coal mixing combinations at the coal yard to ensure a uniform heat balance and optimized fuel quality
- Monitor and maintain DM Water stock levels as per standard boiler water chemistry parameters
- Conduct daily coal and water chemical analyses, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to operational standards
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to support plant performance and fuel efficiency Preferred candidate profile B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or related discipline Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in coal, steam, and water chemistry operations within power plants or similar industrial environments Knowledge of safety protocols (HSE) in coal yards and chemical labs Documentation and compliance with plant SOPs, ISO, and audit requirements Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4m5qds
