Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Systems Administrator (L3 Support) to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure environments.

The role focuses on End-User Computing, Active Directory administration, messaging systems, networking, virtualization, security, cloud infrastructure, and advanced technical troubleshooting while ensuring reliable, secure, and effective IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support End-User Computing environments (Windows & macOS)

Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, user accounts, and access management

Troubleshoot and manage networking components including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and ports

Support and administer Exchange / Microsoft 365 environments

Monitor and maintain Windows/Linux servers

Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware / Hyper-V

Handle infrastructure monitoring, backup management, and system health checks

Support security tools and controls including AV, EDR, MFA, and access control

Assist in Azure cloud administration and infrastructure support

Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical incidents

Support users through calls, remote sessions, and ticketing systems

Ensure SLA adherence and timely incident resolution

Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams for escalations and deployments
