Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Website Developer with strong expertise in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate combines technical web development abilities with performance-driven digital marketing skills to create high-converting websites and ad campaigns. Key Responsibilities Website Development
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites
- Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO structure
- Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs or technical issues
- Work with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom builds Digital Advertising (Meta & Google)
- Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Perform audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, CTR, and ROI
- Set up tracking tools such as Meta Pixel and Google Analytics
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad copies
- Monitor performance and generate detailed reports Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and frameworks if applicable)
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, conversion tracking, and analytics tools
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UI/UX design
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and funnel building
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
