MRLK Group is looking for a smart, professional, and customer-friendly Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations and attend clients at our real estate office. The candidate should have valuable communication skills and basic knowledge of office coordination. Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls and client inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with sales and CRM teams.
- Share project details with walk-in clients.
- Handle office emails and administrative tasks.
- Maintain proper client data and follow-up records.
- Ensure reception area remains organized and presentable. Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Front Desk / Reception / Customer Handling.
- Real Estate industry experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & Excel.
- Presentable personality with positive attitude.
