Business Development Manager (BDM)– Contract Staffing / Staff Augmentation Experience: 5–8 Years Location: Hyderabad / Remote Industry Focus: IT Staffing&Staff Augmentation (Life Sciences staffing experience preferred) Job Summary Vueverse is looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in IT staffing and staff augmentation sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client acquisition, account growth, and closing staffing deals across IT and emerging technologies. Experience in Life Sciences staffing will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end business development for IT staffing and staff augmentation services. Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across IT and Life Sciences domains. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers. Generate staffing opportunities through networking, cold outreach, references, and market research.Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely closures. Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and staffing agreements. Manage client accounts and ensure consistent delivery and customer satisfaction. Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure quality delivery and faster turnaround.Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging staffing opportunities. Mandatory Requirements 5–8 years of experience in Business Development within IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation. Strong experience in selling staffing and resource augmentation services is mandatory. Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.Good understanding of contract staffing, permanent hiring, and RPO models. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to independently drive the complete sales cycle. Preferred Skills Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma staffing is preferred. Existing client network in IT, GCCs, product companies, or consulting firms is a plus.Familiarity with emerging technology hiring (AI/ML, Cloud, Data, DevOps, Cybersecurity, etc.) is advantageous.
