The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead a diverse team and collaborate with various departments to meet production goals and enhance overall performance.Key Responsibilities Operational Management: Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring production schedules are met on time and within budget. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency and effectiveness. Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality standards in production processes.Address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and staff to foster a positive and productive work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and training as needed. Safety and Compliance:Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement among staff. Cost Management: Develop and manage budgets, minimizing costs while maximizing productivity. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. Collaboration:Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate with management on strategic planning and production forecasts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least [X years] in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management. Excellent leadership and team-building skills. Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools; familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
