We are looking for a smart, confident, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling front office operations, welcoming guests, managing calls, and maintaining office records efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all clients, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Handle all front desk queries and provide proper assistance.
- Attend and manage incoming calls from all sources.
- Maintain visitor records and visitor entry book.
- Coordinate with staff and departments for smooth office operations.
- Maintain staff records including attendance, outdoor visits, fuel records, and leave records.
- Handle basic administrative and office management tasks.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Support management with day-to-day office coordination. Requirements
- Smart, confident, and presentable personality.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email handling).
- Ability to handle calls and visitors professionally.
- Organized and responsible work attitude.
- Previous experience in reception or administration will be preferred. Pay: ₹15,000.00
