- Working time 9.00 AM to 6:00 PM, 6 days per week
- Monday to Saturday

- Make and receive calls from the desk number provided
- Call the prospects & collect the orders with their order details
- Collect payment and transfer details to accounts department
- after confirmation of payment receipt process order for dispatch
- Maintain excel of daily calls, order received , dispatched and pending orders
- Extract new prospects from registered portals of company Eg: just Dial & forward to respective sales team
- Co ordinate with sales team and record their response Skill require for this position:
