Job Title: Telecaller Support at KOTA (On Site) Full-Time | Kota, Rajasthan Experience: Minimum 1 Year Industry: Education / EdTech / E-Learning About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and communicative Telecaller for cross functional Operations Support to assist our Operations & HR team in coordinating with tutor candidates, parents, and internal stakeholders. This role will play a key part in ensuring seamless post-selection processes, managing parent queries, and maintaining consistent follow-ups to drive operational efficiency at Tutrain. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Calling: Contact assigned leads and assess their learning requirements.
- Demo Booking: Schedule demo classes with interested students/parents.
- Tutor Coordination: Connect with tutors and arrange suitable demo timings.
- Demo Scheduling: Ensure smooth scheduling and confirmation of demo sessions.
- Follow-Up: Collect feedback from parents/students after demos.
- Lead Conversion: Convert demo attendees into enrolled students.
- Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with parents and tutors.
- CRM Updates: Record call outcomes, feedback, and lead status accurately.
- Query Resolution: Address parent and student concerns promptly.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly calling, demo booking, and conversion targets. Key Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or operations (EdTech/Education preferred).
- Fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure with a positive attitude. What You’ll Get:
