We are looking for a Customer Support Intern who is passionate about communication, customer satisfaction, and helping build strong relationships with our customers. Position: Customer Support Intern Type: Internship (Hybrid) Duration: 3–6 Months Working Hours: Flexible / Part-Time Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and Website Chat.
- Assist customers with product information, sizing, order status, exchanges, and returns.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and brand-consistent tone in all communications.
- Escalate complex issues to the management team when required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their concerns.
- Record and organize customer feedback and common queries.
- Help improve customer satisfaction and overall shopping experience. Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Solid interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle customer conversations patiently and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp Business.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and online tools for tracking customer interactions.
- Interest in fashion, e-commerce, and customer experience is a plus. What You'll Gain
