Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Sheet metal Parts Process Planning
- Sheet Metal Dies Budgeting
- Able to develop Stamping Project Plan wrt Master time line along with critical path generation
- Process FMEA and Operational FMEA
- Project Management of sheet metal Die Development
- Simulations on Catia,Autoform,MPDS,3DCS and APQP
- Investment and product cost optimization wrt Process, Yield and materials
- 3D process Planning/Die layout and 3d Die design
- Planning of Press shop feed layout, Automation and production technology
- Panel GD and T feasibility, End to end quality Plan including GNOVA B and C
- Innovations and IMCR
- Basic BIW product design, process and Assembly
- Selection of Raw material and die's material
- Sheet metal problem solving using 7 QC, G8d
